Who We Are

Kurt McLaughlin

Kurt has over 20 Years of commercial construction experience and is continually exploring new and better ways to complete projects sooner and with a smaller impact on your budget.

As an experienced general contractor, Kurt’s philosophy is a bit different than most. He believes that the project is only part of what PCC does. Equally important are building relationships, educating his clients and sharing the experience with them.

It is important to Kurt to help people grow and see their dreams and hopes come true both in business and in their personal life. Kurt says seeing a project completed is a great feeling, but other things that give him fulfillment are giving opportunities, seeking diversity, promoting personal growth, and lifting people up.

Mike Mann

VP of Operations

Mike has been involved in managing the operations of several industries for over 30 years. He’s seen how effective communication and organizational skills are key to productivity and effectiveness. He strives to focus on all requirements, not only on the contractor side but more importantly on the client side. He wants to ensure his clients’ vision is built and see that they are satisfied with the final product.

Mike enjoys being with family and friends, including clients, and being out in the forest playing with his Jeep, running the trails and then fixing what he broke by finding a new way to design it.

Angela Boyd

Project Consultant

Angela Boyd has over 20 years of experience working with small businesses, GC’s and public contracting. Angela is well established in the community and understands the importance of building strong professional relationships.

She is a problem-solver who provides solutions, direction, and clarity when the pace of construction gets hectic.

Dan Shyduik

James has been in construction for over 35 years. He has worked in many different phases of construction from framing to electrical, plumbing to ironwork, and commercial work. He finds that being a superintendent is very rewarding. In his off time, he enjoys playing softball, going snowboarding, surfing, hiking, riding quads, and driving his sand rail.

Adam Hotckin

Adam is an energetic and charismatic carpenter with several years’ experience framing and working in the trades. He is always willing to jump in on any project and lend a hand, whether concrete or touching up paint. We look for Adam to grow into an excellent foreman.
